Overview
The Educational Leadership Conclave 2025, organized by ICTRC under Project Paradigm, is a platform for principals and school leaders across South and Southeast Asia. It addresses the rising challenge of aggression in schools, a concern that disrupts learning, endangers safety, and affects wellbeing. By exploring biological, psychological, and environmental factors the conclave helps leaders understand the causes, forms, and impact of aggression on school communities.
Our Mission
The conclave aims to equip principals with evidence-based strategies for building safe and nurturing schools. Sessions will share practical tools that can be applied daily and extended to teachers, parents, and students. Emphasizing the leadership role of principals, the conclave highlights their capacity to design and implement interventions that prevent aggression and promote positive student behaviour.
About ICTRC
Founded in 1992, the Institute of Counsellor Training Research and Consultancy (ICTRC) works to advance mental health and wellbeing. With a core team of psychologists and educators, ICTRC collaborates with schools, government bodies, corporates, and NGOs to empower leaders and those guiding adolescents and youth.
